Accord holds the records that decide whether a system can be handed over safely. This release strengthens how that data is protected and makes it easier to bring new users on board.

Security

  • Two-factor authentication with backup codes.
  • Account lockout after repeated failed sign-in attempts, and rate limiting on sign-in.
  • Session management, including the ability for administrators to sign a user out of all sessions.
  • Additional protection against cross-site request forgery.

Onboarding

  • Batch user invitations, so a whole team can be added in one step.
  • An in-app knowledge base with around 80 short how-to videos covering Accord's everyday tasks.
