The latest Accord release focuses on getting data in and out of the platform on your terms.

Custom inspection and witnessing exports

Every client and contractor wants completions data in a slightly different shape. The new export builder for inspections and witnessing lets you choose exactly which fields and filters go into an export, see how many records match before you run it, and save the configuration to reuse on the next reporting cycle.

Issue and punch import

Punch lists often start life in a spreadsheet from a walkdown or a previous contractor. You can now bulk import issues and punch items into Accord, so that history lands in the same place as the rest of your completions data.

Photo evidence and reporting

• Photo uploads on activities, so evidence sits alongside the record it supports.
• A report chart builder for building progress charts from live project data.
