Requests for Information and LUNs
New RFI and LUN modules, each with configurable forms, attachments and PDF export, so queries and notices are raised, tracked and closed in Accord rather than in email threads.
Workflow gating on inspections
Inspections can now be gated on workflow, so a record cannot progress until the steps before it are complete — the same principle that underpins Accord's certificate chain, applied at inspection level.
Bulk inspection upload
Moving completed inspections into Accord from paper or another system is now faster. Bulk upload from Excel or PDF uses AI text extraction to read the documents and bring the records in.
Handover templates and photos
