When we launched Checksheets, it generated checksheets. With this release it takes a checksheet all the way to a signed-off record.
Projects
Group checksheets by job, client or location, track fill progress and pass/fail counts across a project, and export the whole project as one combined PDF pack.
Fill on site
A new mobile-first fill screen gives inspectors large Pass / Fail / N/A buttons, notes and photo evidence per item, and a signature to submit.
Approvals and e-signatures
Send a completed checksheet for approval by email. Approvers open a secure link, review the checksheet and field record, and approve or reject it with a drawn or typed signature — no account needed.
Share links, templates and notifications
- Read-only share links for clients, with expiry and revocation.
- Save any checksheet as a template and reuse it.
- In-app notifications when approvals come in or share links are opened.
